information is listed below.

Any item off the site would be more than
enough. Anything will help to raise moral out here. I attempt to work out
as much as time permits so the protein products and the vitamins would work
wonders out here. Everyone has to love jerky and power bars as well. Thanks in
advance for all your support.

A note of clarification: our Sergeant is not
suggesting that morale is low - he is saying that a letter or care package from
home gives a boost that is contagious within a company - even one of our Healthy
Care Packages can have an entire troop "walking on air" knowing that folks back
home are thinking about them! Nurse Mark |

dear nurse mark,
I am writing on behalf of my husband, SPC. Aaron XXXX. He is station in Camp
XXXXX, Iraq. He has been a weight lifter for over 10 years now. His main goal
during this deployment was to concentrate more on healthier eating and living.
However, no matter how much he tries to have a protein shake and avoid the
goodies, there's just too much of the bad stuff and not enough of the good
stuff. Aaron would be happy to receive anything along the lines of healthy
from your organization. He is very grateful for whatever you can provide for
him. His expected return date is XXX. 2009.his address is as follows:
(Delete for security)
we thank you for your continued support. It is honestly appreciated.
Plenty of thanks
LaCage' and Aaron XXXXXA note of
information: For those who don't know, military pay is not "luxurious" by any
stretch of the imagination - in fact, for many of our military members,
especially those with families to support, it is barely adequate. Yet these men
and women are placing themselves in harm's way in our service. Won't you help
out by ensuring that Aaron can stay healthy and come home safe to LaCage and his
family? Nurse Mark |

Subject: request of care packages
From: "XXXXX Cpl Justin (SUPPLY BN MTM QC CHIEF)" <xxxxx@xxxxx.usmc.mil>
To: NurseMarkGood morning,
My name is Cpl Justin XXXX. I am currently
deployed to iraq with my platoon of 62 males. We will be here until march 08 and
we would definitely appreciate any letters or packages to help us get through
the holidays. I would appreciate it if u were to help me find out how I can
get myself and my platoon adopted. Thank you for all of your support.
Cpl XXXX, Justin
The Holidays are a very lonely time for
someone who must be away from friends and family, and in a hostile place. What a
perfect opportunity for a corporate sponsor to step forward and "adopt" this
family of men! Dr. Myatt |

I heard about your site from a friend of mine
that was deployed here in Iraq and he said that it was the best. Like him
I'm into eating healthy and working out and where we are at right now it is
very hard to get good nutrition. We live on a patrol base and do not have
an option to eat in a chow hall. Really the only thing that we have to eat
here is junk food and MRE's and I'm not really into either. So I was
wondering if you could help myself and my friend out with some care
packages? We are both into eating healthy foods high in protein like cans of
tuna, beef jerky, or cans of fat free chili. I really dont know how this
works but whatever can be sent will be greatly appreciated.
PFC Jason M.
Again thank you!
Hi Jason,
You are on the list - and we'll get a healthy care package out to you ASAP.
You are right, MRE's will keep you alive, but they are really not your
friend! Please don't fall for the current popular wisdom that fats are bad
for you - good fats are an excellent source of concentrated energy, and if
you are patrolling in full battle rattle you are burning up energy and
nutrients like a Bradley burns diesel. Don't be afraid of healthy fats! In
fact, some fats are absolutely essential to health! Check out our webpage at
http://www.drmyattswellnessclub.com/essentialfats.htm
You and your troop-mate also need to be taking optimal dose multiple
vitamins every day, and we'll get some of those to you as well.
Let us know your troop-mate's name so we can address a package to him as
well - I'm guessing at the same address as you?
Stay sharp, stay safe, watch your six, and know that we are OTC for you...
Chimo,
Nurse Mark

Ma'am,
My name is Derone X XXXXXXX (SSGT), I am currently deployed in Iraq.
I saw your website and it was about health and fitness. There are a lot
of Marines and sailors over here that are trying to stay in shape. So
they go to the gym a lot. So any protein like (muscle milk, protein
bars, vitamins, etc...). Also anything that you feel that could help
out, would be greatly appreciated. This is my address:

Hi,
I’d like to register myself and my team with your site. Just a bit of background
information on us: we’re a small Air Force team living with about three thousand
Iraqis on their base. The conditions aren’t that bad, but we don’t have much in
the way of “healthy” snacks or such. We’d love anything someone would send us;
trust me, we’re not picky! Below is my address. I’d just like to say thanks for
supporting us. It really means a lot.

Dr. Myatt & Nurse Mark-
Greetings from the sandbox (Iraq) :)
I was recently made aware of your website, and decided to have a look
for myself. Having a background in the medical field, I am always
pleased to have contact with any outside sources, especially in the
holistic field.
I am currently involved in the S-3 section with roughly 6-7 male
Marines, and 2-3 female Marines at any one time. We do have a various
number within our companies and battalion, but these are the ones that I
see on an every day, and every evening basis.
Packages and products that are most interesting, and that could provide
the greatest benefits include all of them (in all honesty). But I
believe the protein powders, bars, supplements, and defense products
would be the most beneficial, especially on our missions and/or days
that we are unable to make daily meals.
I have no problem acting as a spokesperson for future endeavors,
especially if corporate sponsors would like to maintain a chain of
communication. I've included a picture of a few of us for your benefit,
and look forward to hearing back from you in the future. Take care, and
thank you for the time and consideration.

Corporal, I'm on it! We'll be working to
line up sponsorship for you and here are your pictures! I used to hate
missing meals - field rats are not a good substitute!

Chimo!
(Nurse Mark / Lt.Z note:) In my time with the
Cdn Forces Combat Engineers, Chimo was our "word" like Semper Fi is to our
marines - it is an Inuit (Eskimo) word with meanings and usage similar to
the Hawaiian "aloha": hello, goodbye, Godspeed.
